Prof. Ming Chen
Zhejiang University, China
Bio: Prof. Ming Chen is the director of the Bioinformatics Laboratory at the College of Life Sciences, and is the leading figure in the field of Bioinformatics at Zhejiang University, China. He obtained his Ph.D. in Bioinformatics from Bielefeld University, Germany, in 2004. He was seconded to the Fundamental Research Department of the Ministry of Science and Technology, served as president assistant and specially appointed dean at Inner Mongolia Minzu University.
Prof. Chen's research work covers bioinformatics, systems biology, non-coding RNA transcriptomics, and precision medicine. He has published over 200 academic papers in peer-viewed journals such as Cell, Nature, Nucleic Acids Research, Bioinformatics, etc. with his Google Scholar H-index over 50. He has been included in the list of top 2% scientists of the world.
Prof. Haijun Gong
Saint Louis University, USA
Bio: Prof. Haijun Gong is the Professor of Statistics, Saint Louis University. He was the Associate Professor of Statistics, Australian National University (ANU) in 2018 – 2019. He got Ph.D. in Physics, Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). His research interest includes Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Quantum Computing, Model Checking and Bioinformatics. He had supervised 2 PhD students, over 10 Master students, over 20 undergraduate students on statistics and bioinformatics research since 2012.
Prof. Jixin Ma
University of Greenwich, UK
Bio: Jixin Ma is a Professor of Computer Science (Artificial Intelligence) and Director of PhD/MPhil Programme at the School of Computing and Mathematical Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Science, University of Greenwich. He has also been the Director of the Centre for Computer and Computational Science (2011-18) and Leader of Artificial Intelligence Research Group (2008–2018). His main research areas include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Information Systems, with special interests in Temporal Representation and Reasoning, Information Security, Machine Learning and Case-Based Reasoning.

Prof. Lee Lai Kuan
Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Malaysia
Bio: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Lee Lai Kuan is an Associate Professor at the School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), and a GCP-certified clinical nutritionist. She earned her BSc (Hons) in Nutrition, MSc in Health Science (Clinical Nutrition), and PhD in Nutrition from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Her research focuses on human clinical trials involving functional foods, dietary supplements, and traditional Chinese medicine, as well as nutrition as complementary medicine, non-communicable diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, aquaculture nutrition, food safety, personalized nutrition, and nutrigenomics. She teaches nutrition, functional foods, biochemistry, applied statistics, experimental design, and research methodology. She has completed 14 research grants and has 9 ongoing, with 38 ISI/Scopus journal papers, 5 book chapters, 1 patent, and 1 copyright. She has collaborated with Astareal Pte Ltd, Fuji Chemical Co. Ltd, EPAX Norway AS, and OB Holdings. Her honors include the USM Sanggar Sanjung Excellence Journal Paper Award and the 2022 iCAN Grand Award. She serves on the editorial boards of four journals, has reviewed for over 100 journals, and has been a keynote speaker, USM High Achievement Advisor (2019–2021), and a committee member for the THE Global Impact Rankings (2022–2024).
Assoc. Prof. Pavel Loskot

Bio: Nearly 30 years of experience in design, analysis, implementation and deployment of telecommunication systems through numerous academic and industrial collaborative projects and consultancy contracts. Expert level knowledge of digital and statistical signal processing, algorithms and methods. Solid background in applied probability and statistics. Avid Linux programmer and user since 1996. In 2014/2015, as a Visiting Researcher at CSRC of the Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics started working on computational molecular biology. In 1999-2001, Research Scientist and Project Manager at CWC, Oulu, Finland. A Fellow of the Higher Education Academy of the UK, and the Recognised Research Supervisor of the UK Council for Graduate Education. A Senior Member of the IEEE, since 2013. Elected IARIA Fellow in December 2025.
